Maya's was born from a catering journey that began in England and has now found its way back to Bali.
But changing the name was about more than a new identity. It was about redefining who Maya is, what she loves, and what she truly wants to create through food.
Maya is the chef and owner behind the brand. Raised in Jakarta, her journey has taken her across the world. She travelled internationally as a flight attendant in Abu Dhabi before moving to England, where she completed her culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu London.
In 2016, Maya followed her passion and created a successful catering and private-chef business in Cheshire, England. Through years of cooking, travelling and meeting people from different cultures, she developed a deep sensitivity to flavours, traditions and the atmosphere that surrounds food.
