Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ordering, delivery, dietary options, frozen packs and catering. Still stuck? We're only a WhatsApp message away.

How do I place an order?

Browse the menu on our website and tap Add to WhatsApp Order on any dish. When you're ready, your basket opens a pre-filled message you send to us on WhatsApp — we confirm availability, timing and the total, and you're all set.

What areas in Bali do you deliver to?

We deliver across Umalas, Canggu, Pererenan, Seminyak, Berawa, Kerobokan, Sanur, Ubud, and Uluwatu via GoSend and GrabExpress drivers. The delivery fee is calculated based on the exact distance to your villa or location.

What are your opening hours?

Our Umalas warung is open Monday–Saturday 11:00 AM–9:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. WhatsApp delivery orders are taken from 9:00 AM–8:30 PM.

How do I pay?

We'll confirm the available payment options with you over WhatsApp when you place your order, so you can choose what's easiest before we prepare or dispatch your food.

Can I order for pickup instead of delivery?

Yes — you're welcome to collect your order or frozen packs directly from our kitchen counter in Umalas. Just let us know your preferred pickup time in your WhatsApp message.

Are your meat dishes Halal?

Yes. All our chicken, beef, and lamb is sourced from certified Halal suppliers in Bali, and no pork or lard is used anywhere in our kitchen.

Do you have vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options?

We do. Many dishes are marked Vegan or Gluten Free on the menu, and you can filter by dietary preference. If you have specific requirements, mention them in your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
